Established in 1993 near Manassas, Holly Forest is a unique community of 69 homes located roughly 30 miles from Washington, D.C., in one of the fastest-growing counties in the state of Virginia. Unlike the traditional, cookie-cutter feel of modern suburbia, Holly Forest is nestled away within a sprawling wooded area, creating a more intimate feel for the residents and a little seclusion from the hustle and bustle of daily life in the D.C. area.

Community Cleanup and Adopt a Highway Cleanup Day

Location: Meet at the Pavilion

Join your neighbors for a community litter pickup in Holly Forest and our Adopt-a-Highway section. Bags will be provided. Please bring gloves, wear sturdy shoes, and bright/reflective clothing. All ages welcome.

Celebrate the start of spring with a neighborhood cookout and get-together at the Holly Forest HOA Pavillion. Burgers, hot dogs, and drinks will be provided. All residents and their families welcome.

Mark your calendars! The annual Holly Forest Homeowners Association meeting will be held at the Pavilion. All residents are encouraged to attend to discuss community updates, review the past year's activities, and participate in the election of board members. Further details, including an agenda, will be distributed via email closer to the date. We look forward to seeing you there!

Trunk or Treat

Kids and adults can show off their costumes and enjoy a Trunk or Treat throughout the neighborhood. Residents are encouraged to set up in front of their homes and decorate for Halloween to create a festive trick-or-treating experience for everyone.

Join the fun, show your Halloween spirit, and make this a night to remember!
